Yes, every product correlates with a specific block on the Bitcoin blockchain and is laser etched with the Bitcoin block height at which it was bought, making it a singular, one-of-a-kind piece.
With only one item available per block, once it's gone, it's gone forever.

Please ensure that you follow the recommended care instructions provided with the product.

Yes, some fading of the laser-etched part will occur when you wash the product but this should subside after the initial wash, providing you follow the recommended care instructions.

We accept Bitcoin only.

Customs and import duties are not included in our shipping and product prices and is your responsibility to pay any expenses incurred.
Brexit has caused changes in the way products are sold from the UK to the EU and some orders may be subject to import duties. These import duties are not charges from EPOCH as a company, they are charges from the local government and are not included in our shipping and product prices. Please consult your country's import policies for more details.

We do not offer cancellations or changes to orders as standard.
If you need to cancel or make any changes to your order please email support@coincorner.com and we will do our best to accommodate any changes or cancellations.

Because of the unique nature of our products we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.

If you have simply changed your mind, we do not provide refunds. Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:

  • in saleable condition;
  • unused with all original packaging;
  • returned to us with any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable);
  • not subject to the exclusions listed below or referenced in the Refund Policy; and
  • the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase.

EPOCH, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.

  1. If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy.
  2. If there is a major fault or failure with an item, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant item within a reasonable time.
  3. EPOCH will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy. A photo must be provided to the EPOCH team supporting the claim.

If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, EPOCH has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.

  1. Where merchandise is purchased with a gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any available refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
  2. In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any available refund.
